Terms and Conditions

An officlal Order Confirmation is entered into our database, and sent out for approval. We do not proceed with any other part of the order until this has been approved. You can approve this in person, via fax or via e-mail. It is very important to make all necessary changes to the order at this time. We ask for a deposit on all orders, which comes in many forms ( review below).

Once you have carefully reviewed the order and are sure ALL information is correct, we proceed to order the garments and begin the artwork prep. We e-mail or fax the artwork until you approve this as well. Once we have all approvals, we can schedule your order.

Please review and understand these following terms and conditions:

  • Order Confirmations: We need a verbal, faxed or e-mailed confirmation before proceeding with the order. This can only be given after you have received your official order confirmation printed from our database.

  • Deposits: We need a deposit before processing any order. We prefer holding a valid credit card number as a good-faith deposit. We do not charge this credit card without your permission (unless you have not responded to requests for payment on your order).
    An official purchase order with all pricing and quantity information included can also be accepted in many circumstances.

  • Order Cancellations / Changes: Orders may be cancelled or changed at the confirmation stage with no penalty. Cancellation or changes after a confirmation has been approved may incur a 10% re-stocking charge. Artwork charges will be billed in full if this work was initiated.

  • Rush Orders: Rush charges may apply on any order needed before the standard 2-week turnaround. Call for details.

  • Contract Printing: If you supply your own items for imprinting or embroidery, we can not offer to replace them in the slight chance of spoilage.

  • Spoilage (wearables): Because most of our work is detailed custom work, we try to meet exact quantities on all orders. Occasionally we come up short on some pieces, but we do not charge you for those items. In these circumstances, you can re-order any missing items with no set-up charges incurred.

  • Shipping: Most of our client pick the orders up at our shop. We offer free delivery to most areas, but cannot always guarantee a specific delivery time-frame. We can ship garments using 3rd party billing information (UPS, FedEx) usually without incurring any additional cost on our end. We can also ship items and add the shipping cost to the final invoice. Please make delivery arrangements when placing your order.
